Very sad news indeed

Proposition 8, banning recognition of any marriage that is not between a man and a woman in California, passed with a narrow margin.

That is beyond depressing.

I suppose now gay people have to be change their sex legally before they can marry the person they love.

I'm utterly heartbroken.
